Frances Tweedy,

In 1984, Frances formed the organisation, now known as
Capability Group, following a career in human resource
management in the computer industry. Since then she has
worked extensively in the areas of organisational change
and development in Australia and New Zealand.
Assignments also include such areas as goal setting,
performance management systems, team building (including
interpersonal skills), customer service, continual
improvement, training needs analysis, leadership
development and reward evaluation. Many assignments
involve developing and facilitating workshops and other
learning events with concurrent skills transfer to
client personnel to ensure continuity of quality. She
also facilitates strategic planning sessions with
members of senior teams and provides coaching/mentoring
to senior managers. Frances held the positions of
Auckland Branch President and later National President
in the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand and has
presented papers at conferences and lead seminars on
strategic leadership, understanding behaviour and
enabling effective performance. She is the co-author of
a book entitled "Continual Learning - Your investment in
the future" and of the
Emotional Capability Profile.

Since Cheryl began consulting in
1984 following a career in human resource management she
has worked with diverse public and private sector
organisations with a particular focus on the retailing
industry. Cheryl joined Capability Group in 1987. Since then Cheryl has been
involved in a wide-range of assignments aimed at
'delivering business effectiveness through performance',
achieving culture and organisational alignment with key
business strategies and leadership and team development.
She is experienced at working with people in a wide
range of roles and levels of contribution. Cheryl
facilitates learning across a wide range of
leadership/management skills and knowledge and strongly
believes that the best learning takes place in a
participative, supportive and enjoyable environment. She
sees as her main accomplishments the events and
processes that she designed and implemented now being
successfully continued on by her clients. Creating
partnerships with her clients allows for delivery of
lasting results. Cheryl is co-author of a book entitled
"Continual Learning - Your investment in the future"
and of the
Emotional Capability Profile.
