An example of a typical assignment is assisting a group of
developing leaders to get to grips with the scoping and approach
to a work-related project they had identified. A Capability
Group consultant facilitated the process while Pradeep Sharma
worked with the group to build their knowledge and ability to
creatively view the project and the ways in which it could be
approached. During the session, the previously huge and
unmanageable project became clear, focused and, most importantly
feasible – and from a completely unique angle.
An
alternative approach is through the
Idea Navigator of which Capability Group are accredited
facilitators. This unique process enables us to combine our
strengths in enabling people to look for new and different ways
with a proven tool for enhancing creativity and innovation. The
Idea Navigator tool kit was developed in New Zealand and it is
now being marketed globally.
