We can offer a
wide range of diagnostic and feedback instruments to enable
organisations and individuals to identify their strengths and
opportunities with regard to the specific area being reviewed.
These products are developed and
provided by Capability Group directly or are from
Persona Global under licence. All Persona products
are extensively validated and are based on empirical research.
Through Persona
Global, Capability Group is a representative for the
International Society for Performance Improvement.
All Persona Global licensed workshops have been approved by ISPI
and participants who are Certified Performance Technologists can
earn ISPI continuing education credits.
Corporate
Diagnostic and Feedback Instruments:
Culture Mapping: This process enables
leaders to understand the actual strengths and opportunities of
their organisation’s culture compared with the perceived or
desired culture. A survey is developed, piloted and then
implemented to obtain organisation-specific feedback to draw up
a culture map, which may also include sub-cultures. This
feedback then provides the basis for developing an organisation
development plan that enables the move to the desired culture
and values.
Values Surveys:
A critical success factor in an organisation achieving it's
desired results is that staff demonstrate behaviours associated
with the accepted a set of values that support the
organisation’s strategic direction. A Values survey assists the
organisation to identify any gap between the existing and
desired behaviours and provides a sound basis for a subsequent
set of interventions to close that gap. An initial survey sets a
benchmark and subsequent surveys provide a useful measure of
progress. As such this is another useful tool in an overall
organisational development plan.
Staff satisfaction: Employee
Attitude and Climate Surveys: These surveys are designed
specifically for each organisation to build a sound
understanding of how staff members are feeling about the job
that they do, the environment in which they work, the leadership
or management they receive, the reward and recognition
programmes in place and the relationships that they have formed
both within their own team and across the organisation. Other
elements specific to the organisation can be included. These
surveys can also provide a measurement tool prior to and
following organisation development interventions.

This Persona Global instrument surveys employees to discover how
closely aligned the organisation is in twelve key areas that

Partnering:
This is a Persona Global survey that measures the effectiveness
of working relationships of groups. Partnering is a way of
working interdependently with other groups or organisations to
achieve maximum benefits for all parties. Feedback reports from
the survey are prepared for each team and a resulting
development module provides a basis for additional learning,
planning and decision making and a method for supporting each
other more effectively.
